Supreme is linking up with legendary Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki for a Fall collection that drops next week. For those unfamiliar, Araki's been pushing boundaries since the '60s with his raw, unflinching photography that ranges from everyday Tokyo street scenes to the city's underground culture. His work often blends Kinbaku (Japanese rope bondage) with traditional Japanese aesthetics - controversial stuff that's made him one of the most published photographers ever with over 350 books to his name.
The collaboration keeps it straightforward with the goods:
- Hooded Sweatshirt
- Long Sleeve T-Shirt
- Short Sleeve T-Shirt
- Zine featuring original Araki photography
Everything drops November 3rd in-store (NY, LA, London, Paris) and online, with Japan getting it November 5th. No pricing announced yet, but expect standard Supreme rates for the apparel. The zine's probably the real grab here if you're into Araki's work.
