Supreme is linking up with legendary British artist Damien Hirst for a collaboration dropping later this month. If you're not familiar, Hirst made waves in the '90s art world with his provocative work exploring themes of death and mortality—most famously his formaldehyde-preserved animals, including that iconic 14-foot tiger shark piece that became one of the defining artworks of the decade.
For this collab, Supreme is tapping into Hirst's celebrated Spot paintings—those signature works featuring rows of randomly-colored circles that have become synonymous with his name. The collection includes five individually designed skateboard decks and a Box Logo tee, all featuring Hirst's distinctive spot motif.
Mark your calendars: the collection drops in-store on November 19th, online November 23rd, and November 21st in Japan. No pricing details have been announced yet, but expect typical Supreme deck and tee pricing.
