For those unfamiliar, Coltrane revolutionized the genre through his modal explorations and improvisational techniques, eventually helping pioneer the Free Jazz movement. Beyond his nearly fifty albums as a bandleader, he collaborated with legends like Miles Davis and Thelonious Monk, bringing an increasingly spiritual dimension to his sound that still resonates across music today.
The collection features a group of T-shirts paying tribute to the iconic tenor saxophonist. It's a solid addition to Supreme's ongoing tradition of spotlighting cultural figures who've shaped American art and music.
