R. Crumb for Supreme

R. Crumb for Supreme

Supreme is linking up with underground comics legend R. Crumb for a Fall drop that brings his iconic counterculture artwork to the lineup. For those unfamiliar, Crumb is the artist behind seminal characters like Fritz the Cat and Mr. Natural—the guy who essentially defined the underground comics movement when he launched Zap Comix back in 1968. His work is raw, satirical, and definitely not for everyone, pulling from early 20th-century cartoon aesthetics while pushing boundaries with sexual and political themes that have been challenging audiences for over 30 years.

The collection keeps it straightforward with three pieces:

  • Two graphic t-shirts
  • One zip-up hoodie

All items feature Crumb's distinctive artwork, which should appeal to both Supreme collectors and fans of his subversive comic art. The collection drops mid-October at Supreme stores, with pricing to be announced closer to release.
