Supreme's tapping legendary skate artist Sean Cliver for a summer collaboration that should resonate with anyone who appreciates the history of board graphics. Cliver's credentials speak for themselves—he's the mind behind iconic graphics like Ray Barbee's Ragdoll deck and helped define the visual identity of World Industries, 101, Birdhouse, and Hook-Ups during his nearly two decades in the industry. Beyond skateboarding, he was a founding Senior Editor at Big Brother Magazine, which eventually spawned the Jackass franchise, and authored "Disposable: A History Of Skateboard Art," essentially the definitive archive of skate deck graphics.
The collection includes two skateboard decks featuring original Sean Cliver artwork created specifically for Supreme, plus two t-shirt designs. It's a straightforward collab that lets Cliver's distinctive style take center stage.
Everything drops June 12th at Supreme NY and LA locations plus the online store, with Japan getting it June 14th. No pricing info has been announced yet.
