Supreme's linking up with Swiss artist Urs Fischer for a three-deck series dropping later this month. If you're not familiar, Fischer's been making waves in the contemporary art world since the '90s with work that plays with ideas of impermanence and everyday objects - think Neo-Dada vibes meets Situationist influence. His approach to subverting traditional art concepts translates nicely to the skateboard format.
The collaboration consists of three limited edition decks featuring Fischer's designs. They'll be available at Supreme's physical locations in NY, LA, London, and Paris, plus online on March 24th. Japan gets them two days later on March 26th. No pricing details have been announced yet, but expect these to move quick given Fischer's art world credibility and the limited nature of the release.
