Supreme's linking up with GOODENOUGH for Spring 2025, which is a pretty significant moment considering the brand's legendary status in streetwear history. For those unfamiliar, GOODENOUGH was Hiroshi Fujiwara's label from the '90s that essentially helped write the playbook for modern streetwear - limited quantities, quality basics with strong graphics, premium pricing. Fujiwara himself is one of those godfather-level figures in the culture, the guy who brought hip-hop to Japan after pivoting from London's punk scene and later mentored both Nigo and Jun Takahashi before they started BAPE and UNDERCOVER. Though GOODENOUGH only ran for about a decade before Fujiwara shut it down to focus on his design studio, its influence on Japanese street fashion can't be overstated.
The collection hits on June 5th (June 7th in Asia) and covers a solid range of pieces: MA-1 Jacket, Patchwork Madras Jacket, Sweater, Patchwork Madras Shirt, Crushed Rayon Pile Shirt, Thermal, S/S Top, Hooded Sweatshirt, Patchwork Madras Pant, Military Pant, Short, two T-Shirts, 6-Panel, Camp Cap, and Crusher. The standout is definitely the co-branded Nike Air Force 1 Low, which comes with full-grain leather, perforated toe panels, DURAPLUSH lining, ponyhair Swoosh, and translucent outsoles with printed logos. It's dropping in one colorway exclusively through Supreme.
This collaboration makes sense when you consider Supreme's own roots and respect for the pioneers who shaped streetwear into what it is today. GOODENOUGH might not have the same name recognition as some of Fujiwara's other projects, but its DNA is all over the contemporary scene.
