Supreme is linking up with Japanese cult label HYSTERIC GLAMOUR for Fall 2017, bringing together two brands that helped define streetwear as we know it. For those unfamiliar, HYSTERIC GLAMOUR has been doing its thing since 1984, when founder Nobuhiko Kitamura started slapping bold, psychedelic graphics inspired by '60s-'80s counterculture - think music posters, pop art, and yes, even vintage porn - onto classic American workwear silhouettes. The brand became essential to '90s street culture and honestly influenced a lot of what came after.
The collaboration spans a solid range of pieces, including a Faux Fur Coat, N-3B Parka, Work Jacket, Work Pant, Sweater, Short Sleeve Work Shirt, Zip Up Sweatshirt, two Hooded Sweatshirts, Football Tee, Bell Hat, 5-Panel Hat, Beanie, Belt, and even a Duvet + Pillow Set and Coffee Mug. It's a pretty deep collection that goes beyond the usual collab territory.
The collection drops in-store at Supreme NY, LA, London, and Paris locations plus online on September 14th. Japan gets it two days later on September 16th.
